How long do the sales last?

LXR & Co. launches a new sale daily at noon Eastern Time (ET/GMT-5). Each sale lasts approximately 7 days.

How do I find out about upcoming sales?

All members will receive advance notification of our upcoming sales via the LXR & Co. newsletter and email notifications.

How do I know the merchandise is authentic?

LXR & Co. prides itself on the quality of its merchandise and does not accept or sell reproductions. Every product acquired has undergone a thorough control check to meet the highest standards of excellence. LXR & Co. guarantees the authenticity and condition of every item sold so that customers can purchase products in complete confidence.

What is the condition of the merchandise?

The condition of each item is specified by an alphabetical rating found within the product description. An overview of the ratings can be found below:

Membership & Referrals

How do I become a member?

You can become a member by completing the registration form that appears when you first arrive on our home page.

How do I invite my friends?

There are three ways for you to invite friends:

  • By email: Enter your friends’ email addresses in the Share & Earn section of the website. The email utility will also allow you to import contacts directly from your email provider.
  • Through social media: Use the Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest buttons found around the website to share sales with your friends and followers.
  • By custom link: Use your custom URL (found in the Share & Earn section of the website) to personally invite friends by pasting it anywhere online.

How do I know if my friends have signed up?

You can view who you have referred and the status of each referral in the Share & Earn section of the website.

How do I get rewards for referring friends?

LXR & Co. will reward you with a $25/€20/£15 store credit for every friend who signs up to the site using your custom URL or by following a custom Facebook or Twitter invitation link. Store credit will be awarded only after your friend has made their first purchase on LXRCo.com. Only friends who use your personal link will be counted towards your tally.

What happens if my friend returns their order?

If you have received a $25/€20/£15 store credit for referring a friend and that person returns their order, the credit will be subtracted from your total credit balance. It will not, however, affect any prior credits you have received for referring other friends.

Orders & Payment

What payment options do you offer?

Payment can be made by authorized credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What currency will my payment be made in?

You will be charged in your local currency depending on what country you have specified upon registration. The country entered for both the billing and shipping address must match in order for the purchase to be accepted.

Can I use a foreign issued credit card?

If you are attempting to make a payment with a card that has not been issued in the country where you are shipping your item, there may be additional information required to authorise the purchase.

For all orders made with foreign issued cards, please contact us at 1-800-764-0521 or at support@lxrco.com to verify your billing information.

Can I order by phone?

At this stage, LXR & Co. only accepts orders placed online at LXRCo.com.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

If you want to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of submitting your order. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to regular return fees. See the Returns section for more information. Please note that if a promotional credit (including referral credits) was used in an order that you have cancelled, the credit will not be reimbursed.

Why have I been contacted about my payment?

Due to the high value of orders, you may be contacted by our accounts department to confirm your billing information. In cases where the billing and shipping address do not match, we may require you or your credit card company to verify the purchase.

If you fail to respond to an email or telephone call requesting additional information, LXR & Co. reserves the right to hold the shipment and/or cancel the order. Please ensure you have added support@lxrco.com to your safe list and have included a valid phone number in your order to avoid missing these important notifications.

Shipping

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. In addition to shipping to the 48 contiguous American States as well as Alaska and Hawaii, LXR & Co. also ships to Canada, the United Kingdom and several countries in the European Union.

Which countries in the European Union do you ship to?

LXR & Co. currently ships to Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all orders sent to a valid delivery address in the United States.
As of February 17, 2014 we will be implementing a flat shipping fee on all orders sent to Canada, Europe or the United Kingdom. Please see the chart below for details:

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not currently available at this time. Please see our Shipping section for more information about our delivery schedule.

How do you calculate sales tax?

For orders placed within the United States: No sales tax is added to purchases, except for those shipped to the State of Nevada. The current sales tax rate in Nevada is 8.1%.

For orders placed within Canada: The prices listed on LXR & Co. are exclusive of tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.

For international orders: The relevant sales tax (VAT) and duty for the country of residence is included in the purchase price of each item.

When will my purchase arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on the country and State of residence. Typically goods will take between 10-15 business days from the time of purchase until delivery.

How do I return a purchase?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on LXRCo.com, you can return it within 10 business days from the date of delivery.

What is your refund policy?

If you decide to return your purchase, you will be given the option of either a refund or a store credit. You can use your store credit to purchase other products on the site after it has been issued. Store credit does not expire. As of April 1st 2013, we will be implementing a $15 / €12 / £10 shipping and handling fee on all return requests. We will still honor return requests of any nature, the only difference is that a small fee will now be deducted from the final refund amount.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

No direct product exchange is available at this time.

When will I see my credit or refund?

The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client’s billing statement around 10 business days after the date of the refund.

For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

Sell My Bag

What items can I sell?

We offer competitive prices for designer bags, jewellery and accessories based on the condition and style of the items.

I live outside of the United States. Can I still sell my bag?

At this stage the Sell Your Bag service is only open to US customers. It is not available internationally.

If I agree to the price offer, when do I receive payment for my item(s)?

Upon acceptance of the offer, LXR & Co. will pay the seller within 10 business days via the payment method requested in the Seller Submission Form. See our Sell Your Bag section for more information.

What happens if I don’t accept the price offered by LXR & Co.?

If you do not accept our initial price offer, you are welcome to submit a counteroffer which we will review and respond to. If you no longer wish to sell to LXR & Co., we will send the item(s) back to you free of charge.
