Orders are delivered within 10-15 business days from the receipt of your purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the country and State of residence.

Please note that for our Lightning Shipping sale, all orders are processed and shipped out of our final shipping warehouse within 48 hours. This does not include delivery times which may range from 2 – 3 business days once the order has been despatched.
Shipping is free on all orders sent to a valid delivery address in the United States.
As of February 17, 2014 we will be implementing a flat shipping fee on all orders sent to Canada, Europe or the United Kingdom. Please see the chart below for details:

For orders placed within the United States: All orders will be shipped via standard FedEx Ground shipping to a valid address located in the 48 contiguous States, Alaska or Hawaii. We do not ship to APO/FPO and cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For orders placed within Canada: All orders will be shipped via standard Purolator Ground shipping to a valid address located in the 10 provinces. For shipments to the 3 territories, please inquire for more information. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
For international orders: All orders will be shipped via standard Ground shipping to a valid address located in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or the United Kingdom.
Unfortunately, at this stage LXR & Co. does not ship outside the regions specified above.
For orders placed within the United States: LXR & Co. does not add sales tax to purchases, except for those where the shipping address is located within the State of Nevada.
For orders placed within Canada: Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
For international orders: The relevant sales tax (VAT) and duty for the country of residence is included in the purchase price of each item.
The tracking number for your order will be sent to you in a confirmation email after your package has been shipped. You can view the status of your shipment at any time once you have received this link.
All US orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Las Vegas.
All Canadian orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Toronto.
All European orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Amsterdam.
LXR & Co. takes no responsibility for shipments sent to a third-party address or forwarding company. We will ensure the delivery of an item only for the journey from our final shipping warehouse to the shipping address entered at the time of order.
If you choose to use a forwarding company, LXR & Co. will not be accountable for any damage or expenses incurred and the customer is responsible for any import duties, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT), and customs fees. In addition, the customer must assure the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
Please note that for orders shipped to a forwarding address, our return policy comes into effect the day the item is first delivered to the third-party facility.
Packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier will not be reshipped. Undelivered packages will instead be treated as returns. All unclaimed packages will be charged additional re-routing fees on top of the standard return fee.
