How do I know the merchandise is authentic?
LXR&CO prides itself on the quality of its merchandise and does not accept or sell reproductions. Every product acquired has undergone a thorough control check to meet the highest standards of excellence. LXR&CO guarantees the authenticity and condition of every item sold so that customers can purchase products with complete confidence.

What is the condition of the merchandise?
The condition of each item is specified by an alphabetical rating found within the product description. An overview of the ratings can be found below:

Do you offer warranty on your products?
Due to the vintage nature of our products, we are unable to offer a warranty on any products offered for sale via our website. However, we do comply with German consumer protection laws and as such, must offer the warranty, not to exceed a period of one calendar year, for any product purchase originating from Germany.

Orders & Payments

What payment options do you offer?
Payment can be made by authorized credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

What currency will my payment be made in?
You will be charged in the currency of the country of your shipping address.

Can I use a foreign issued credit card?
If you are attempting to make a payment with a card that has not been issued in the country where you are shipping your item, there may be additional information required to authorise the purchase.
For all orders made with foreign issued cards, please contact us at 1-800-764-0521 or at support@lxrco.com to verify your billing information.

Can I order by phone?
At this stage, LXR&CO only accepts orders placed online at LXRCO.com.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?
If you want to change or cancel an order once it has been placed, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of submitting your order. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return and subject to regular return fees. See the Returns section for more information. Please note that if a promotional credit (including referral credits) was used in an order that you have cancelled, the credit will not be reimbursed.

Why have I been contacted about my payment?
Due to the high value of orders, you may be contacted by our accounts department to confirm your billing information. In cases where the billing and shipping addresses do not match, we may require you or your credit card company to verify the purchase.
If you fail to respond to an email or telephone call requesting additional information, LXR&CO reserves the right to hold the shipment and/or cancel the order. Please ensure you have added support@lxrco.com to your safe list and have included a valid phone number in your order to avoid missing these important notifications.

Shipping

Please note that if an order contains multiple items, separate shipments may occur. However, the customer will incur only a single shipping fee.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Yes. In addition to shipping to the 48 contiguous American States as well as Alaska and Hawaii, LXR&CO also ships to Canada and all European Union countries. For any international orders to any other countries, please contact support@lxrco.com.

Which countries in the European Union do you ship to?
LXR&CO currently ships to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the UK.
Unfortunately, at this stage LXR&CO does not ship outside the regions specified above.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over $200 sent to a valid delivery address in the United States. Under $200, shipping is $9.95.
Shipping is free on all orders over $400 sent to a valid delivery address in Canada.. Under $400, shipping is $15. Please see the chart below for details:

Can I pay for expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not currently available at this time. Please see our Shipping section for more information about our delivery schedule.

How do you calculate sales tax?
For orders placed within the United States: No sales tax is added to purchases, except for those shipped to the State of Nevada. The current sales tax rate in Nevada is 8.1%.
For orders placed within Canada: The prices listed on LXR&CO are exclusive of tax. Federal sales tax (GST) and the relevant provincial sales tax will be added to your order at checkout.
For international orders: The relevant sales tax, VAT and / or duty for the country of residence is included in the purchase price of each item.

When will my purchase arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on the country and State of residence. Typically goods will take between 10-15 business days (10-20 business days for EU countries) from the time of purchase until delivery.

FedEx
Please note that for US orders, FedEx will attempt up to 3 deliveries of your order. After that your order will be held for 5 days at one of their local facilities and will then be returned to our warehouse and will be treated as a standard return with an additional 15% restocking fee. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, there will be an additional $30 shipping fee.

Please note that for Canadian orders, Purolator will attempt to deliver once, after that your order will be held for 5 days at one of their local facilities and will then be returned to our warehouse and will be treated as a standard return with an additional 15% restocking fee. If you would like to have your order re-shipped, there will be an additional $30 shipping fee.

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on LXRCO.com, you can return it within 10 days from the date of delivery (14 days for orders originating from Germany). Any orders that are returned without an approved RAN from one of our customer services representatives will be charged the $15 return fee as well as a 15% restocking fee.

What is your refund policy?
If you decide to return your purchase, you will be given a refund. Please note that a $15/€20/£15 shipping and handling fee is applied to all return requests under $2,000. Returns on items that are $2,000 and over are exempt from the return shipping and handling fee.

Before we can proceed with the refund, we require you to specify the reason(s) for return. We also ask you to take 3 photos of the product for verification purposes:
  1. One photo of the whole product
  2. One photo of the orange tamper proof tag attached to the product
  3. One photo of the LXR&CO authenticity card sent with the product
The orange security tag must be intact and still attached when returning the product. The product must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of use.
Products must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, straps, etc.) received with the order.
Once we have received these details regarding your request, we will send you a unique Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping label so that you can return your item to us.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
No direct product exchange is available at this time.

When will I see my credit or refund?
The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's billing statement around 10 business days after the date of the refund.
For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

What does final sale mean?
Any items listed as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sell Your Luxury Item

How does Sell Your Luxury Item work?
If you own a designer item but are ready to move on or upgrade to the latest style, LXR&CO will save you the trouble of selling it yourself. We offer direct, competitive prices based on the condition and model of the product.
Please fill in this form. If it is a bag, please attach at least 2 photos of the item's exterior and 2 photos of the item's interior.
If we are able to appraise the item based on the information provided, we will contact you with our price offer and details of payment.
If we need to take a closer look at the item, we will ask you to send it in for a personal appraisal. We cover all in-bound shipping costs on items that are requested for assessment.
For sellers who live in the Montreal, Canada area, you can call us at 1-800-764-0521 for an appraisal in-person at our head office.

What are the Sell Your Luxury Item conditions?
Shipping Policy: LXR&CO provides sellers with free in-bound, FedEx ground shipping if an item requires a personal appraisal at our warehouse and if the item is located in the United States or Canada. The sellers are responsible for shipping fees for items sent from other countries. The company will not be held responsible for items that are shipped using a different provider. Sellers will be advised if they need to send in their item(s) after they have completed the Seller Submission form.
Payment Options: LXR&CO will advise sellers of a price offer after i) the company has received the completed Seller Submission Form and made an appraisal based on the information provided OR ii) the company has received the completed Seller Submission Form, requested the item be sent in to the company warehouse and made a personal appraisal after receiving the item.
Upon acceptance of the offer, LXR&CO will issue a payment to the seller normally within 5 business days via the payment method requested in the Seller Submission Form.
Damage Prevention: It is the seller's responsibility to make sure that any items sold to LXR&CO are adequately insured until they are delivered into the company's possession.
Tamper Protection: LXR&CO will provide sellers with a tamper-proof clip to attach to the item before sending. This is to ensure that the item will not be swapped before or after it reaches the company.
Item Authenticity: The seller agrees that all items submitted for sale are authentic and that they have made no intentional attempt to sell LXR&CO counterfeit products. Should an item be discovered to be counterfeit, it will be returned to the seller at their own cost.
